There are offices in France, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Belgium. Our yeast factories are located in Italy, United Kingdom and Spain.
Ranges of bakery ingredients are available from many of our operating companies throughout Europe. The AB MAURI flagship bakery ingredients business is Cereform, based in the UK. From its base in Northampton, UK, Cereform has built a deserved reputation in dough conditioners (fluids, pastes and powders), and flour confectionery products including donuts and muffins. Cereform also operate the UK's only soya mill, which exclusively processes beans from non-GMO sources.
A new bakery ingredients facility is under construction at Cordoba in Spain where customers in Spain, Portugal and France will be serviced.
In Germany we operate through our joint venture business Uniferm
with both yeast and bakery ingredients.
Dedicated country business teams are operating in all areas of Europe, covering all product ranges and serving the many and varied bakery applications.
AB MAURI also has a Dry Yeast Export business which is based in the Netherlands, where a dedicated team services and supplies many countries throughout the world where we do not have local production facilities. In these countries the brand MAURIPAN and FERMIPAN have come to be recognised as products of quality and consistency.
