Our Design & Application team has a number of vital roles. One of these is to conduct rigorous testing of the new technology team’s propositions in our laboratories. Any new propositions, enhanced new product or technology will be tested in both pilot and full production process conditions. We will then assess fully to ensure we have achieved the exact objectives sought.

The team will ensure a full technology and product transfer, providing you with the ‘Know How’ including the exact formulation, baking processes and costs. They will also undertake comprehensive operator training, so your people can replicate consistently to the precise specification.

A cornerstone of the Design & Application teams role is the ongoing field based technical support presence to ensure all requirements are being met to help ‘spot’ new opportunities!
