United Kingdom - The NFBSS/IBB Alliance is the UK-based union of the National Federation of Bakery Student Society's & the Institute of British Bakers. It arranges an annual conference and gathering of bakers, confectioners and students to celebrate the bakery trade.

Australia - The Baking Industry Association of Queensland (BIAQ) plays an important role in the development, promotion, education and protection of the Queensland baking industry.
