Pederneiras is an impressive and recently constructed high quality factory producing both fresh and dried yeast as well as bread improvers, confectionery mixes and custom-designed ingredient mixes including local specialities such as pão de queijo or cheese bread. Research and Development facilities including a full test baking laboratory are located between the head office and the factory in the city of Jundiai.

The latest addition to the AB Mauri family in the Brasilian region is Sohovos - a company specialising in the production of high-quality egg products including liquid, powder and frozen eggs. Sohovos is the leading egg products producer in Brasil with accreditation by both Japanese and European customers.
