AB Mauri

The Yeast operations of AB Mauri in the Europe Middle East Africa region (EMEA) have their headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. There are yeast manufacturing sites and local management teams in the key countries of the region and these maintain a keen focus on our customers and their markets.

Our yeast factories are located in Turkey, Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Portugal. There is also a sales office in France.

The Dry Yeast Exports Team is based in Dublin and services those markets which don't have local production facilities.

The European Bakery Ingredients businesses are managed through our flagship bakery ingredients business, Cereform. From its base in Northampton, UK, Cereform has built a deserved reputation in dough conditioners (fluids, pastes and powders), flour confectionery products including donuts and muffins. Cereform also operates the UK's only soya mill which exclusively processes beans from non-GMO sources.

Bakery research and development is conducted at the Bakery Technology Centre (BTC) in the Netherlands. This site works on behalf of the AB Mauri bakery ingredients operations around the world including Innovative Cereal Systems in the USA and the Cereform R&D Centre in Corby, UK.
