Fleischmann's Yeast is a market leading yeast company. With its headquarters in St Louis, MO, Fleischmann's Yeast has built an enviable reputation for reliability and consistency since 1868. Fleischmann's has yeast factories in Memphis, TN, Calgary, AB and LaSalle (Montreal), QC and a world-class distribution network that makes Fleischmann's Yeast first for customer service. In addition to the yeast factories, Fleischmann's manages the AB Mauri bakery ingredients factory in Greenville, TX which manufactures chemical leaveners, preservatives and anti-mould ingredients as well as tableted ingredients.

Innovative Cereal Systems (ICS) of Portland, OR is the home of our market leading bakery science, enzyme formulation and application business. ICS is a technologically advanced bakery ingredient company supplying industrial bakers with key functional ingredients. ICS has a unique business process which takes a holistic approach to all aspects of the customer's ingredients, plant, process and products which enables the design of highly effective custom-designed ingredient systems.
