iba 2009 Update

AB Mauri recently demonstrated their expertise and capabilities at IBA, the leading international trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trade, in Dusseldorf, Germany.

There were more than 79,000 trade visitors from all over the World that came to see what was on offer at the exhibition.

All AB Mauri regions and business groups were represented on our stand, where we enjoyed a record number of visitors, from both existing and potential new customers.



Major topics of conversation were the key issues facing the baking industry including rising costs, the challenge of the current economic climate, developing baking skills and developing new products. AB Mauri was able to describe its positioning as a business that can provide real help in sustaining long-term growth through its industry-leading baking technology, ingredients and services.
