Second International Talents Seminar

At AB Mauri we are permanently working on the development of innovative proposals for each segment of customers. The Talents seminar was an excellent, far reaching success.

The Second International Pastry & Bakery Talents Seminar, organized by AB Mauri took place on Tuesday June 16th 2009, at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel, for an audience of more than 1300 professionals of the bakery and pasrty industry in Latin America.
The objective of this Seminar was to present the latest worldwide trends in bakery and pastry, innovations in the chocolatier industry and healthy and trans-free fats among other topics. Technicians of Hispanoamérica and Brazil were in charge of running the different workshops on new business such as: 0 trans, the new option on fats and margarines; Latin American breads choice; ready-to-eat bakery and pastry products.
There were also conferences, including those by Mauricio Levembach – Fats Products HA Regional Manager, Miguel Angel Rodríguez, Head of Bakery Planning and Training at CALSA Argentina, Angel Chora Head of Fleischmann’s Ecuador Technical School, Charles Sutcliffe and Jim Hawkbridge members of Global Development Group at ABMauri.
Given the success of the First International Pastry & Bakery Talents Seminar held last year in Lima – Perú; 2009’s version pointed at emphasising the interest of all professionals in the segment to become involved in with the latest trends, as well as the Company’s commitment to spreading know-how, innovation and permanent development of new products, pointing out our global leadership.
