In each country, the local idea of the perfect bread, cake or other bakery products varies. In some countries it even varies from north to south or from east to west. There really are very few 'standard’ bakery products and that’s why we don’t create or sell ‘standard’ products in our global bakery ingredient range.
Each of the AB Mauri companies contributes to and draws upon our combined pool of knowledge. They take a large portion of that global knowledge and combine it with their local insight into ingredient availability and chemistry, bakery production methods and most importantly the knowledge of what the local consumer wants and prefers.
