The Yeast operations of AB Mauri in the Europe and Africa region have their headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. There are yeast manufacturing sites and local management teams in the key countries of the region and these maintain a keen focus on our customers and their markets.
Our yeast factories are located in Turkey, Italy, United Kingdom and Spain. There are also sales offices in France, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland and Belgium. In Germany we operate through our Joint Venture business Uniferm (see

).
AB Mauri also has a Dry Yeast Export business which is based in the Netherlands, where a dedicated team services and supplies many countries throughout the world where we do not have local production facilities. In these countries the brand MAURIPAN and FERMIPAN have come to be recognised as products of quality and consistency.
Ranges of Bakery Ingredients are available from many of our operating companies throughout Europe. The AB Mauri flagship bakery ingredients business is Cereform, based in the UK. From its base in Northampton, UK, Cereform has built a deserved reputation in dough conditioners (fluids, pastes and powders), and flour confectionery products including donuts and muffins. Cereform also operate the UK's only soya mill, which exclusively processes beans from non-GMO sources.
AB Mauri also has a dedicated bakery ingredients business in South Africa. Based in Johannesburg, this business manufactures a range of dough conditioners as well as providing the African market with the best of AB Mauri's global product portfolio.
