AB Mauri Fleischmann’s has its headquarters in Chesterfield, Missouri, just outside of St.Louis. It is a bakery solutions business with two major business elements serving the North American market.

The two elements are Baker’s yeast under the Fleischmanns brand, and ranges of functional and technologically advanced bakery ingredients under the AB Mauri ingredients brand.

Fleischmann's Yeast has built an enviable reputation for reliability and consistency since 1868. Fleischmann's has yeast factories in Memphis, Tennessee, Calgary, Alberta and LaSalle (Montreal), Quebec and a world-class distribution network that makes Fleischmann's Yeast first for customer service.

AB Mauri Bakery Ingredients has two bakery ingredients facilities - one in Greenville, Texas, which manufactures chemical leaveners, preservatives and anti-mould ingredients as well as tableted ingredients and a second in Wilsonville (Portland), Oregon. This is the home of our market leading bakery science, enzyme formulation and application business. ICS is the brand under which AB Mauri Bakery Ingredients markets technologically advanced bakery ingredients, supplying industrial bakers with key functional ingredients.
