The Baking Technology Group (BTG) is the innovation and development “engine room” of AB Mauri’s substantial bakery ingredients business. With teams focused on research and design; application and development; plus a global accounts team, BTG is delivering genuine added value and fulfilling our customer requirements.
The goal is in the pursuit of bakery knowledge; the gaining of an improved and genuine understanding in critical elements such as enzyme systems and synergies; organoleptic profiling and the causes of shelf life deterioration.
Research programmes across the business are exclusively focused on bakery ingredients, bakery products and processes.
